• Nerve fiber layer -- central retinal artery (CRA)
• Prelaminar nerve -- short posterior ciliary arteries (SPCAs), recurrent choroidal arteries
• Laminar nerve -- SPCAs, branches of circle of Zinn-Haller
• Retrolaminar nerve -- pial vessels and SPCAs
• Intraorbital optic nerve -- distally/anteriorly - branches of CRA, pial vessels, and branches of ophthalmic artery; proximally/posteriorly - pial vessels and branches of ophthalmic artery
  
• Intracanalicular optic nerve -- ophthalmic artery
• Intracranial optic nerve -- ophthalmic artery and internal carotid artery
